Introduction:
This project is an entrepreneurship development initiative designed to support adult women who face social barriers and stereotypes. The project aims to enhance women’s digital skills and entrepreneurial capacities, while also creating an inclusive and participatory e-learning platform. It will establish a network of successful women entrepreneurs and provide mentorship support, encouraging women to take an active role in their entrepreneurial journey. The project is funded under the Erasmus+ program.
Target Groups:
– Adult women interested in entrepreneurial careers who face social barriers and stereotypes.
– Women mentors and women entrepreneurship leaders (role models).
Objectives:
SO1. To develop women’s digital and entrepreneurial skills through innovative practices.
SO2. To inspire and encourage women to pursue entrepreneurial careers.
SO3. To develop an inclusive and participatory e-learning platform for entrepreneurship education.
SO4. To create a network of successful women entrepreneurs and implement a mentorship program.
SO5. To enhance women’s self-confidence, active participation, and entrepreneurial spirit.
SO6. To provide an open curriculum based on Open Educational Resources (OER) and promote it effectively.

Results:
R1. The WINNER online platform will be launched, and an open call will be made to inspire women to pursue entrepreneurial careers.
R2. An online curriculum for social entrepreneurship will be developed.
R3. Training guides for mentors will be prepared, and mentors will be selected.
R4. A Hackathon event will be organized for women in social entrepreneurship.
R5. A sustainable transnational community of women entrepreneurs will be established.
