The webinar aimed to disseminate the key results of the Resilient Responders project and strengthen participants’ capacities in psychological resilience, crisis response, and community preparedness. During the session, the project’s core outputs, including training methodologies and resilience frameworks, were presented, offering practical insights and tools for real-life application.
Key topics included psychological resilience in disaster contexts, stress management, Psychological First Aid (PFA), leadership under crisis conditions, and inter-agency coordination. The webinar also provided a valuable space for knowledge exchange among first responders, public institutions, and civil society organisations, contributing to stronger cooperation at local and regional levels.
Delivered online, the event engaged first responders, healthcare professionals, trainers, and representatives of public institutions and NGOs. The high level of participation and positive engagement confirmed the relevance and practical value of the project in supporting more resilient and prepared communities.
