The Resilient Responders Dissemination Event, held in ITALY on 22 April 2026, brought together project partners and local stakeholders.

The project is coordinated by Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University and implemented under the strategic and academic leadership of the Project Coordinator Dr. Zeynep Elçin Kamalak. The consortium includes TENGO (Türkiye), IED (Greece), AHORA (Spain), ANIMAM (Portugal), and EGINA (Italy).

During the event, which lasted approximately 4 hours, project partners presented the activities carried out and the outputs developed throughout the project. In addition to the consortium members, representatives from relevant institutions in Italy and officials from the University of Perugia also attended.

As part of the programme, each partner delivered short presentations focusing on their respective areas of responsibility. These presentations covered:

• The structure and content of the developed training modules
• Experiences gained during the pilot implementation phase
• Improvements based on participant feedback
• The use of digital learning components

Following the presentations, a brief evaluation session was held, allowing participants to exchange views on the overall project process and discuss potential use of the project outputs in different institutional contexts.

The training approach developed within the project addresses key areas such as psychological resilience, stress management, psychological first aid (PFA), crisis communication, leadership, and post-disaster support systems, providing a comprehensive capacity-building framework for first responders.

The Final Event served as a complementary closing activity, enabling the sharing of project results, facilitating overall reflection on the project process, and strengthening communication among partners and relevant stakeholders.
