The main objective of the consortium is to create a direct link between the needs of women interested in entrepreneurship and the objectives of the project, in order to provide  results that can really affect the direct target group and produce a high quality impact in the short and long term. 

• Develop digital and entrepreneurial skills, using innovative practices and people-centred advice.

• Inspire women and raise their interest in entrepreneurial careers, regardless of their age and background.

• Develop an e-learning platform for inclusive and participatory entrepreneurship education.

• Establish a strong network of successful women entrepreneurs and women interested in social entrepreneurship.

• Create a flexible mentoring programme that will train both female mentors and trainees.

• Cultivate women’s self-confidence, active participation, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and civic engagement.

• Create a safe online environment based on inclusion, diversity, equality and stability.

• Provide opportunities to improve employability through digital skills training and networking.

• Provide an open curriculum based on Open Educational Resources and promote it through effective outreach strategies.
