PROJECT SUMMARY
Within the scope of the European Union’s ‘Partnership for Excellence: Vocational Excellence Centers (ERASMUS-EDU-2021-PEX-COVE)’ grant call, TENGO has taken a significant step. This project includes an initiative for the meticulous preparation of application documents and annexes. The focal point of the project was the meticulous preparation of the application file and its attachments. The project aimed to enhance the chances of obtaining the grant by ensuring the presentation of a complete and impactful application.
TARGET GROUP:
• TENGO Staff and Expert Members: TENGO’s professional team constitutes a core stakeholder in the project implementation. With their expertise in education, management, and specialized domains, they contribute significantly to the success of the project.
• TENGO Volunteer Members: Volunteer members actively participate in the project to enhance its societal impact. Their diverse skills and experiences play a crucial role in dissemination and awareness-raising phases of the project.
• Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Operating in Kahramanmaraş: Representing regional collaboration and solidarity, these NGOs engage to amplify the local impact of the project. Their contributions will provide opportunities to effectively reach various segments of the community.
• Central Authority Representatives, Local Authorities, and Universities: Public sector representatives and academics are involved in the project to support its comprehensive impact and sustainability. These stakeholders play a vital role in ensuring alignment with the project’s strategic objectives and guiding the project outcomes.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
• The provision of project development assistance will serve to enhance the capacities of personnel in the realm of international project formulation procedures and the preparation of technical documentation.
• Profound insights into Erasmus+ and akin international grant programs will be acquired, thereby enriching the organization’s knowledge repository.
• The augmentation of proficiency among expert members will not only amplify the institutional capability but also cascade positive effects onto other volunteer associates.
• The accrued experiential knowledge from successful project endeavors will catalyze a favorable ripple effect among other non-governmental organizations operating within Kahramanmaraş.
• Aspired outcomes encompass the cultivation of relations with central authority representatives, local governmental bodies, and academic institutions in the course of project preparation, thereby fostering constructive collaborations.
